. . . . without much fanfare we played at the Stork Club to a crowd of our closest friends on Feb. 5th. We brought along Spiderman and destroyed him on stage in a ritualistic sacrifice to signal the end of our days as “Chris & Mollie” and the beginning of our days as “The Creepy Crawlies.” Claude from Pop Song Romance was there and recorded this momentous occasion. He calls us “the creepy chrollies” - like chris and mollie combined, which is kind of where the name came from. That and we think bugs are cool. The meek shall inherit the earth, you know.
